- Where will the KTM X-BOW be produced?
In June 2008, about one year ater the first prototype made its trade show debut, the manufacture in Graz started the series production of the KTM X-Bow. On 4.000m² very well educated specialists produce up to three cars a day. The limited edition "KTM X-BOW Dallara" started the production, now series production is going on.
- How many KTM X-BOW cars will be built every year?
KTM plans to build approximately 650 cars per year.
- What role does Audi play?
Audi is one of the major suppliers for the KTM X-BOW. Aside from the 2.0 TFSI engine, Audi produces other X-BOW components as well. The engineers in Ingolstadt were also active partners in the development of the X-BOW, however it is a KTM product through and through.
- And what role does Dallara play?
Dallara is an internationally renowned specialist for the design and construction of Formula and race cars. The Italians were involved in the development of the KTM X-BOW as well. Although the first carbon fibre monocoques were made by Dallara, the Bavarian carbon specialist Wehtje has been given the task of producing the series components.
